We are looking for a Flash Developer joining our international team.We build, develop and support web-communities for clients that wish to create and grow a large web-community that reaches over the 1,200,000 users mark. We have specialist knowledge and proven experience of meeting the unique demands of heavy-traffic and high-load web-platforms: scalable systems that serve over 50 million visitors per month and deliver web-applications to over 12,000 concurrent users.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and innovative, good at „getting things done“, and have experience using social networking/dating websites.

What you'll be doing:

-Designing and implement new features/projects on your own, as well as building on existing features of our different websites.
-From conception through to implementation, you’ll be writing code used by thousands of people every day.
-Working well within the The NetCircle team to help improve our products.

Requirements:

-Expert in ActionScript 2.0/3.0
-Working with XML data via ActionScript
-Experience integrating Flash with PHP and MySQL
-Experience with Flash Media Server (FMS) and/or Red5 Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Good written and verbal English skills.

Pluses:

-Experience with Flex Experience with source control (e.g. SVN) software.
