Probleme mit WAMP bei CGI`s

Also ich habe da ein Problem ich habe mir solch Installtool gesaugt, wo der localhost installiert wird so und dort ist auch außerhalb des htdocs Verzeichnisses ein Verzeichniss namens CGI-BIN wo meines Erachtens ja die CGI`s reinkommen, aber wenn ich da so ein Script rein packe bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Ich kann da mit leider nichts anfangen, weil ich mit dieser Materie noch nicht so lange beschäftige ich hoffe man kann mir helfen.

Ja und was soll ich damit nun anfangen, wo soll denn diese Server Log Datei sein?

So ich habe mich jetzt mal die Error log durchschaut und dort ist mir das hier in aufgefallen, was wohl den Fehler nennt, aber ich kann da mit nichts anfangen:

[Mon Jul 07 23:19:09 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (2)No such file or directory: couldn't spawn child process: c:/apache/cgi-bin/wsetup.cgi

Kann man damit mehr anfangen?
