Hättest du nur die relevanten Auszüge gepostet, hätte ich sie mir angesehen. Aber gleich die ganze Datei ... können wir ja froh sein, das ab Version 2 das meiste über includes läuft.

Such in den Directory-Direktiven nach Options ... dahinter sollte u.a. Indexes stehen. Ach und es sollte natürlich auch durch keine htaccess aufgehoben werden.
