Kann mir jemand sagen, ob MySQL 4.0 mit Win 98 läuft und ist MySQL nun immernoch Shareware für Windows?

MySQL 4.0 ist derzeit noch im ALPHA Status
MySQL 3.23 derzeit die stabile Version
MySQL 3.23 läuft meines Wissens für Windows als Shareware

Also bei mir konnt weder eine Sharewarewarnung noch etwas anderes. Denke mal die GPL gilt übergreifend für alle Betriebssystem.. (habe Win98SE)
