Exel Tabelle als CSV Datei speichern, diese CVS mit phpmyadmin einlesen, sollte möglich sein (habs noch net ausprobiert).

sorry. MySQL Front, nicht phpmyadmin.
MySQL hat ne Funktion "import textfile"

Auch PHPMyAdmin hat den Textfile Import ab Version 2.2.6-RC1
