OAUTH_HTTP_METHOD_HEAD) can be useful for discovering information prior to the request (if OAuth credentials are in theAuthorizationheader). -

HTTP client headers (such as User-Agent, Accept, etc.)

Gibt bei Erfolg true zurück. Bei einem Fehler wird false zurückgegeben.
