mb_substr_count(string
$haystack, string $needle, ?string $encoding = null): int
Counts the number of times the
needle substring occurs in the
haystack string.

Der Parameter
encodinglegt das Zeichenencoding fest. Wird er nicht übergeben so wird die interne Zeichenkodierung genutzt.
