IntlChar::getCombiningClass — Get the combining class of a code point
Description
public static IntlChar::getCombiningClass(int|string
$codepoint): ?intReturns the combining class of the code point.
Parameters

codepoint -
The int codepoint value (e.g.
0x2603for U+2603 SNOWMAN), or the character encoded as a UTF-8 string (e.g."\u")
Return Values
Returns the combining class of the character. Returns null on failure.
