This class provides functionality for reading ini-file from harddisk, editing it's elements (easy, with tree-like objects) and writing it on the harddisk (without loosing any comments!).
It although let's you create a whole new ini-file-object in wellknowen structures and let you be shure, that the ini-file is of correct syntax!
